Perjantai 13. päivä – pitäisikö olla huolissaan vai tarttua saveen? 😄

Me täällä luotamme siihen, että hyvää syntyy. Niin on aina ennenkin syntynyt! Ja jos jokin menee vähän eri tavalla kuin suunnittelit, sehän kuuluu luovan tekemisen riemuun. Savella on onneksi tapana antaa uusia mahdollisuuksia.

Tervetuloa viettämään rentoa ja luovaa hetkeä keramiikan parissa! Tällä kurssilla tutustutaan keramiikan alkeisiin, kokeillaan erilaisia käsinrakentamisen tekniikoita ja annetaan mielikuvituksen viedä. Joulun lähestyessä mukaan voi sujauttaa myös ripauksen joulun taikaa – ehkä syntyy pieni joulukoriste, persoonallinen lahja tai jotain aivan muuta.

Kurssilla pääset tutustumaan esimerkiksi nipistelytekniikkaan, saviosien kiinnittämiseen ja erilaiseen koristeluun. Aikaisempaa kokemusta ei tarvita, eikä täydellisyydestä tarvitse ottaa paineita. Tärkeintä on kokeilla, oivaltaa ja nauttia tekemisestä.

✨ Kurssin hinta sisältää:

• Kaikki tarvittavat materiaalit
• Lasituksen ja poltot
• Kahvia, teetä tai mehua sekä pientä naposteltavaa

Kurssi pidetään suomeksi, mutta ohjausta on tarvittaessa saatavilla myös ruotsiksi ja englanniksi.

Friday the 13th – should we be worried or just get our hands in the clay? 😄

We're choosing clay! We're confident something lovely will come out of it. It always has before! And if things don't quite turn out as planned, that's all part of the creative fun. Luckily, clay always offers a second chance.

Join us for a relaxed and creative session exploring the basics of pottery! We'll experiment with different hand-building techniques and let our imagination lead the way. With Christmas just around the corner, we'll add a little festive magic too – perhaps creating a small Christmas decoration, a handmade gift, or something entirely different.

You'll get to explore basic pottery techniques such as pinch pots, joining clay pieces, and decorating your creations. No previous experience is needed, and there's no pressure to make everything perfect. The most important thing is to experiment, discover and enjoy the process.

✨ The workshop fee includes:

• All necessary materials
• Glazing and kiln firing
• Coffee, tea or juice and light refreshments

The workshop is held in Finnish, but guidance is also available in Swedish and English if needed.

Come on your own or bring a friend – everyone is warmly welcome!

And remember: Friday the 13th is not a reason to stay away. It's the perfect excuse to try something new!
